Devotion : We work with deviotion to continue the production of boza, the traditional beverage, as the result of the work of our family members which has continued for four generations. Tradition : We have the tenacity to sustain our business started by our grandfather staying loyal to the traditions of our family. Technology : We continue the production of sauces and vinegars, which is our other business branch, in our factory in Tekirdağ Çorlu with the most advanced technology in the world (German – Frings) while we continue to produce boza in our own plants.
